Directions

Directions to Cartop (from  Bloomington)

--Take Third Street east out of Bloomington toward Nashville.  

--Take a right on State Rd. 446 south (there is a Bruster's ice cream shop at this  intersection.) From here the drive is about 10 minutes.

--After 3 miles turn right on S Swartz Ridge Rd. This is just past a brown road sign for  Fairfax. 

--At 2 miles there is a stop sign. Turn left on Moores Creek Rd.  

--At .3 miles there is a “Dead End” sign. Turn right.  

--At .3 miles the pull off is on the left. There is a sign that says Cartop. Park here and  look for the bear signs to find the ritual site.
